Shipping Policy

At AL-Raza Fragrances, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders across India.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- You will receive an email/WhatsApp confirmation once your order is dispatched
2. Shipping Charges

3. Delivery Timeframe
- Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India
- Remote areas (J&K, Northeast India, Andaman & Nicobar) may take 7–12 business days
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or local conditions
- During festive seasons (Eid, Diwali, etc.) delivery may take additional 2–3 days
4. Shipping Partners
We ship via trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery:
- Delhivery
- Shiprocket
- India Post (for remote areas)
- DTDC
- Blue Dart (for select locations)
5. Shipment Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp
- You can track your order on the courier partner's website using this tracking number
- Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch
6. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship to all states and union territories of India
- We do not offer international shipping at this time
- We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses
7. Failed Delivery & Re-delivery
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times
- After failed attempts, the package will be returned to us
- Re-shipping charges will apply for returned orders
- Please ensure your address and phone number are correct at the time of ordering
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo/video immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after investigation
- In case of a lost shipment, we will raise a complaint with the courier and resolve it within 7–10 business days
9. COD (Cash on Delivery)
- COD is available on select products and locations
- An additional COD handling fee of ₹30–₹50 may apply
- COD orders are not eligible for direct refunds — store credit will be issued instead
- Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery
10. Important Notes
- AL-Raza Fragrances is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural events
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched
- We are not liable for any loss or damage during transit once handed over to the courier
