Return & Refund Policy

At AL-Raza Fragrances, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before raising a request.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Original tags, seals, and labels are intact
  • Product is not damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • You have the original invoice or order confirmation
⚠️ Please Note: Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons. Please check the product description carefully before ordering.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used perfumes, attars, or fragrance products
  • Products purchased during sale or with discount codes
  • Gift cards or store credits
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • COD orders (eligible for store credit only, not cash refund)

4. How to Raise a Return Request

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

Share Details — Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and photos/video of the product

Approval — Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and confirm if eligible

Ship the Product — Pack the product securely and ship it to our address. Keep the tracking number safe

Refund Processed — Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

5. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, card)
  • For COD orders, store credit will be added to your account
  • Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 2–3 business days depending on your bank
  • Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or a video of the damaged/wrong product along with the packaging
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you
  • Do not use or open a product you intend to return

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
  • After 24 hours, cancellation is not possible if the order has been dispatched

  • Cancelled orders will be refunded within 3–5 business days

8. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for unopened products within 7 days of delivery
  • Exchange is subject to product availability
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges for exchanges
  • If the exchanged product is of higher value, the difference must be paid

9. Governing Law

  • This policy is governed by the laws of India
  • Any disputes shall be subject to courts in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India
